Google Book Search?

Yesterday, Google announced that the infamous Google Print will be changing to Google Book Search. A good move to displace the negative publicity surrounding the old name. However, at 11.25am (my time in Perth, which is a +8 timezone), trying to find Google Books returned this error:

While I hope these errors are just part of the migration to a new sub-domain, the paranoid part of my brain wonders if one of the lawsuits against Google might have hit home?
(Incidentally, I really like Google Print or Book Search, it makes checking references really easy ... at least, it does when the engine is there!)
Update (1.20pm): Google Book Search is back up and open for business!
