The navbar is removed using this code. Since it appears by default, if you search out that code and remove it, the navbar should return.
Also, the items which appear on the sidebar when looking at post pages are controlled by conditional tags (ie some stuff disappears because it's not within say, < archive > tags which can simply be removed and the sidebar will appear everywhere). Blogger help has an explanation of conditional tags and their use.

I would like to say that last night I tired to readappt the kubrick's template of blogger template this re-adaptation is 99% inspired from yuour blog's template specially the colour scheme and logo align.

@Anonymous: if you are adapting thins template then to remove navbar -
find [/head]
[noembed][body][/noembed]
just remove the following tag from your style style sheet
[noembed]and[/noembed]
