WA Blog Awards Night Redux

Yesterday was Blogday, and to celebrate WA bloggers had their very own WA Blog Awards night. It was all rather tongue-in-cheek, but a fun little networking/putting-faces-to-blogs event was had. There were actual awards, and they went to ...
I was also the proud recipient of the awards for "Blog that has Facilitated most Procrastination while doing a PhD" (the single most apprpriate award I've ever received!) and "Most Long-winded and Pretentious Nomination" (which, I'm pretty sure, I well and truly earnt!). For more, check out the Perthblogs.org Winners (which also reminds me, I'm now officially a "Good Blog" and have an optional button to prove it!)

Jo: thesis official submission date will be December 16th now. Marinanne thinks she'll submit on the same day, so I think Dec 16th 5pm - Jan 3rd are going to be written off in a celebratory/alcoholic stupor!! (Or, at least a few good pints, anway...).
Glad you holiday went so well! Picture looks amazing (as did the last "job" pix!).
